From here you can see the beaches of Playa den Bossa, Cap des Falco and the salt flats of Las Salinas, stretching between turquoise waves all the way to Formentera. This vacation home is located on an 8,000m² plot, just 4km from Ibiza Town enjoys a fabulous location in the hills near the southeast coast of Ibiza. The breathtaking sea views are best enjoyed from the sunny terraces around the large freshwater pool. During the day you can enjoy the sun on one of the day beds or relax under shady umbrellas. At night, this poolside idyll is a wonderful place to entertain guests under the starry Ibiza sky.

Beyond the pool terrace, the gardens feature palm trees, sun-drenched lawns and shaded courtyards where you can relax and unwind. Closer to the house on one of the upper terraces is an outdoor dining area for eight with a barbecue. This is a beautiful hotel, charmingly decorated with relaxed glamour and sophistication. In the main living area, expect cool white walls, polished concrete floors, and soft, inviting sofas. With a fireplace and access to the terrace, this is a cozy room that can be enjoyed year-round. Entertainment includes Spanish and Dutch satellite TV and a Bose sound system.

In the sleek, modern kitchen, you'll find everything you need during your time here, from a Gaggenau coffee maker to a Liebherr wine cooler. The formal dining room, which seats eight, overlooks the courtyard and has a secluded, private feel. Accommodations are between the main house and a separate guesthouse. Rooms open onto the shaded hacienda-style courtyard or sunny terraces with stunning ocean views. With four immaculate super king-size rooms in the main house - each with a luxurious bathroom - there are two more super king-size rooms in the guest house. Guests can also enjoy the gym with a good selection of equipment and beautiful views from the two sunny terraces on the upper level of the property.
