The designers chose a collection of old and new furniture from the Mediterranean and opted for a distinctly modern style that complements terracotta, natural wood and classic decorative elements. In the bright, sculptural suites, stunning arched openings guide guests to introspective terraces where one can find relaxing moments of utmost privacy and breathtaking views.

The hotel's premises are designed to give guests the feeling of staying in an authentic Santorini mansion.
Elements of the original estate are reflected in the interiors of the 12 suites, such as old wooden roofs and preserved stone columns, creating a spectacular combination of original and modern elements. Most suites have a private Jacuzzi or outdoor pool, making big island living complete.

At the hotel's restaurant, Chef Alexandros Tsiotinis offers a unique culinary journey.
The chef, who made his name in the Michelin-starred kitchens of Noma in Copenhagen and Le Bristol in Paris, is influenced by Santorini's culinary traditions and its abundance of fresh seafood.
